Mother's Day is coming up this weekend and the Glad Lash community is surely looking forward to saying a big, collective thank you to all the moms out there and celebrate the day. For this special one day a year moms should get that well earned break and maybe even a little pampering, right? But why only for one day a year? Why don't we try to do it everyday, in some small way? That's exactly what local initiative Mom The Day aims to do through its "You Got Mommed" surprise visits and events.

And it's not about grandiose gestures, just small treats like a bunch of flowers or balloons, gym passes, event tickets or maybe even a set of LASHES. Now we're talking! You know we love to lash for free when we get the chance to sponsor a worthy cause.

Glad Lash sponsored the recent event Pasadena City Colleges’ CalWorks luncheon, attended by over 50 deserving moms. CalWorks focusses on supporting parents (mostly moms) who are juggling the responsibilities of parenting, school, and in many cases work, on a limited income. Glad Lash donated April Strip Lash Mini Kits, which include a set of elegant strip lashes, applicator and glue.
