Shop online at www.gladgirl.com or in-store at GladGirl stores and receive 1 point for every dollar you spend*. When you earn enough points, you can then claim a reward such as discounts to use on your next order, free gifts and other special offers.

ONLINE

You will automatically earn points when you shop online, either logged in, or as a guest. However, in order to access your GladGirl Rewards account and claim a reward, you will need to create an account on the website. Your email address is what links your points earned on the website to your Rewards account.

APP

To redeem in the GladGirl App, once you are in the cart, tap the icon in the top RH corner to open the Rewards interface. From there you can select a reward and apply the discount to your cart.

IN-STORE

When you checkout in-store, your sales rep will ask for your email address when completing your sale. Your email address is what links your GladGirl Rewards account and our in-store POS system.

REWARDS

Once you've created your GladGirl Rewards account, you will be able to see how many points you've earned, options for managing your Rewards account and claiming rewards. Current rewards include $10, $25 and $50 rewards, which can be claimed by trading points. You can then apply these rewards towards future purchases when you checkout.

REDEEMING ONLINE

After you have traded points for your reward, a coupon code will be displayed in the Rewards interface. Copy and paste the coupon code into the checkout to redeem. You can also find your codes again in the pop up under the Rewards tab.

REFERRAL PROGRAM FOR EYELASH ARTISTS

You can now refer a friend, colleague or any Lash Lover to GladGirl Rewards and earn 300 bonus points for yourself and your referral. See the Terms and Conditions below for details about how to redeem.

By joining GladGirl Rewards, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the program, which are subject to change without notice.

FREE MEMBERSHIP

1. Membership of GladGirl Rewards is free and does not require any purchase to join.

ELIGIBILITY

1. You will automatically earn points when you shop online, however, you will have to complete your GladGirl Rewards account setup in order to manage your account, including the redemption of points.
2. You may not hold more than one GladGirl Rewards account.

EARNING POINTS

1. You will earn 1 point for every dollar spent on eligible products online at www.gladgirl.com or in-store at GladGirl retail outlets.
2. The GladGirl Rewards program is not available for phone orders.
3. "Earn 1 point for every dollar spent" is for the cart sub-total and does not apply to any taxes or shipping costs.
4. Online - You must be logged in to earn points on your rewards account. If you are a first time customer, please ensure you select the "create-account" option when you checkout.
5. Points will only be applied to your Rewards account upon the completion of your sale, once a successful payment is received for the full amount of your order. Orders in an incomplete or pending status will not earn points, until the order is complete.

POINTS EXPIRY

1. Points will expire 6 months after the date of accrual, so be sure to use your points within 6 months of earning them. (Note that we changed our Loyalty platform on 03.10.2022 and points balances were carried over on that date. Points were 'valid from' that date and expire.)

REWARDS

GladGirl Rewards currently offers members 3 options for rewards. These rewards are coupon codes that can be used online or in-store.

Only online rewards can be redeemed online. For in-store rewards, ask your sales rep when you check out.

1. Earn 300 points = $10 coupon code.
2. Earn 625 points = $25 coupon code.
3. Earn 1000 points = $50 coupon code.

REDEEMING AWARDS

1. Rewards cannot be split over multiple purchases. Any unused portion of a reward will be forfeited. To take full advantage of your rewards, please use the full amount of the reward in a single transaction.

EXCLUDED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

1. Points cannot be earned on the following products and services: Training Classes.

RETURNS

1. Any points earned from a sale that is subsequently returned or refunded (either partially or fully) will be removed from your account.
2. If a return or refund causes your GladGirl Rewards program to have a negative points balance you will be issued with a store credit in place of a refund.

NOT TRANSFERABLE

1. Points, rewards and gifts are not transferable under any circumstances. Always be sure to login with the same email address as points cannot be moved from one account to another. Points, rewards and gifts are not redeemable for cash.

COMMUNICATIONS

1. GladGirl reserves the right to send members notifications such as email, text and in-browser notifications. These messages are automated and triggered by various activities such as earning points and redeeming rewards. These notifications are required in order for the program to operate effectively. If you opt out, you will not receive important information to help you get the most out of the Rewards program.

REFERRALS

1. To refer a new customer to GladGirl Rewards, you must be an existing member of the program.
2. Referrals must be new customers to GladGirl/Glad Lash to be eligible for referral points.
3. Both parties shall receive 300 bonus points per successful referral.
4. Points for the referrer are only issued at the time of a new purchase being completed by the referral ( the new customer).

GENERAL

1. Glad Lash Inc. reserves the right to change any aspect of, or discontinue completely, the rewards program without notice and without any compensation for any unused points or rewards.
