I am loving your feedback and questions regarding taking the leap into offering mobile beauty services. Today I would like to touch on some of the more frequently asked questions.

Q: How do I know what to charge?

A few things to consider: 1. Glad Lash has done the research – I highly recommend looking at these stats. Know your worth – and YES, mobile IS more valuable – BUT consider staying in the competitive range since you won't be paying overhead costs. Check out another guide on how much eyelash extensions should cost here! 2. Want freedom in hours, but not feeling the desire to be in charge of big business decisions? Check out the directory for mobile beauty companies in your area. In my experience, they provide hair, makeup, massage, and are in need of high-quality lash experts. They looking for you right now! 3. Mobile beauty is more valuable than meets the eye. With beauty in home or office, clients are receiving your quality time on a deeper level than in a salon. Creating the opportunity for the client to be nurtured by the sanctuary of their home in a way they may have never experienced before.

Q: How do I get clients?

With the holidays here, clients may perceive driving somewhere for beauty services as an energy drain vs. a pampering experience. People's nervous systems are zapped from GO MODE, making for a huge target market dreaming of the VIP experience coming to their home. One of my favorite ways to generate new traffic is to give my current clients a gift certificate as a holiday card for them to gift to a friend. Like minded people for you, one less gift to buy for them! Don't be afraid to share your heart by sending a card to someone you haven't seen in a while too. Tis' the season to connect with the old and new.

Hi Ada, There are a number of elements that could be affecting lash retention. Could be as simple a checking the humidity in your room, or making sure lashes are clean & primed prior… would really have to know more details to answer specifically, in my next blog i will address this and hope we can get you on track to 4 weeks+
