Subscriptions Terms and Conditions

• There is a minimum commitment of 2 charges, after that, you can cancel your subscription at any time, see below. (2 charges = your original order + 1 recharge.)
• Cancel anytime before 12am Eastern time on the day of subscription renewal. For example:
• If you select a recharge of 7 days and your initial purchase was on the 1st of the month, then your next recharge (new order) will occur at 12am Eastern on the 8th. If you wish to change or cancel your subscription you must do so prior to your order renewing.

What are the delivery timeframe options?

- You can choose 7, 14, 30, 45, 60 or 90 days.

Can subscription discounts be stacked with bulk quantity discounts?

- Yes! For products that are eligible for bulk discounts, you will receive both the bulk discount and subscription discount.

Are subscriptions offered on all products?

- No. If subscriptions are available, you will see a subscription option on the product page. If there is no subscription option on a specific product, then it is not currently offered on a subscription basis.

How do I cancel my subscription?

- Just login to your account and you can cancel from there.

Can I change the subscription frequency?

- Yes, simply login to your account and you can manage all of your subscriptions from there.

Will I still get free shipping on subscription orders?

- Yes! Our standard free shipping policy applies to subscriptions.
