My community has been hit pretty hard with the cold and flu this year, and we all know that this can have a real impact on you and your business. Illness is a part of life, of course. But, do you know how to deal with sick clients correctly, and confidently?
Personally, I have had several clients come in for their lash appointments burning up with fever. I write this for the benefit of fellow lash professionals, and to all the clients who also might be reading. We put our hands on you and can feel the heat radiating from those foreheads!
And from our end, artists, please remember that no client wants an ill professional, particularly one who is working in such close proximity. I know we always want to do our best, but sometimes it’s best to cancel and reschedule.
