We open in a bridal suite in a sophisticated hotel. The hustle and bustle of wedding day prep is upon us. Bridesmaids are giggling and sipping on champagne, and the bride is joining in - taking it all in... Her last moments as a single gal!
She sits in my director's chair, and we chat about how we're going to get started on her glam look - for her down the aisle 'catwalk'. At her makeup trial, she had pointed out that she would like a natural yet glamorous makeup look. But, she also wanted to look like herself, and look great in the photos.
The bride was unsure about the application of lashes at her makeup trial, but I always encourage the 'lashing to happen'! Why? Because the 'Wedded Lash' gives LIFE.
Back at the bridal suite, the excitement and anticipation is building. Everything is coming together perfectly with the bride's hair and dress. I really can't wait to see how the bridal makeup and lashes will complement the entire vision that this bride has dreamed about - possibly for her entire life... This moment is everything!
It's A Special Occasion
You/ your best friend/ sister/ cousin/ step-sister/ in-law is getting married. Why not let me add that little extra pizzazz to your wedding makeup? If you don't already have lash extensions, then adding lashes is a makeup artist's dream. They add drama, sexiness, fullness, length, intensity, fun, definition, and simply finish off your beauty look like nothing else can.
An hour has passed applying the bride's makeup and it's go time. The photographer has arrived and is taking last minute pictures of the getting ready process. The bride is slipping into her dress... the veil is being placed on, and the vision is just breathtaking. That wow moment is happening, and the bride glances over at me and gives me her 'Happily Ever Lashed' wink!
End Scene:
The stunning bride is leaving the hotel to take that momentous walk down the aisle. Me...? I'm beaming from the inside-out... There goes another happy, beautified bride!
As a makeup artist who prides herself on customizing looks based on what each and every bride would like, lashes are by far one element that I always encourage a bride to wear, or to try. Lashes are visually stimulating, and don't go out of style. Get the 'Happily Ever Lashed' look at YOUR wedding, no pre-nups necessary! Wink Wink ;)
