We all love our 'beauty sleep' right? So, let's talk about some tips to ensure that we try to wake up as GORGEOUS as possible. Team #IWokeUpLikeThis is here!
Extensions
First and foremost, I think this one is right out of the gate a WIN WIN - Eyelash extensions! If you already are a part of this club, you know exactly what I mean. No mess, no fuss, no mascara! Just waking up and FEEL your flutter.
Another great addition to this is eyebrow extensions. Once again, no mess, no fuss, just wake up and go! Of course, proper after care is beneficial to the longevity of your extensions so please consult your technician on the proper ways of upkeep.
GladGirl's Satin Pillowcase ensures less friction to reduce lash loss and Wash and Wink Eyelash Shampoo is gentle enough for every day use with its oil free formulation.
Night Routine
Next up, use creams that are rich in antioxidants at night. The objective is to fight off the free radicals that the sun damages during the day and try to replenish these at night. Products with retinol and vitamin C are great additions to your night care routine.
This next tip is easy. Most of us have a humidifier at home. If you sleep with a humidifier it allows your skin to absorb moisture that is lost through hormone production under the skin during the daytime hours.
To avoid swollen or puffy eyes, another easy trick to try is sleeping with an extra pillow under you so you are somewhat on your back. The fluids move away from that pesky under eye area. Puffiness will hopefully be kept to a minimum! Or just sleep standing up... HA!
Last up is to try to never go to sleep with wet hair. The same idea applies to the lashes. If you don't try and protect the hairs, the friction of a cotton pillowcase will cause hair to be fragile and split ends will happen more readily. So wrap your hair in a head wrap that is soft like a T shirt at night when it's wet, then do a snake charmer dance just for the fun of it! Oh, you may just have some beautiful curls to wake up to as well!

A smooth, flawless wax can leave your skin looking and feeling incredible, but proper aftercare is essential to maintain those results and keep your skin healthy. Freshly waxed skin is more sensitive and needs extra attention to avoid irritation, redness, or ingrown hairs.
