Beauty resolutions! Welcome to 2020, a whole new year of YOU! As you reflect on the year past, what will you keep in your beauty rotation and what fun new things will you try this year?
Is your 2020 beauty resolution about drinking more water, using more skincare tools, taking better care of your body skin, using more face masks or becoming more of an eco-conscious consumer! Any and all of these ideals are wonderful to try and achieve this year.
Eco-Conscious
If being eco-conscious is where your head is at, let me help you do some cleansing by giving you some beauty suggestions:
Use recycled packaging.
Use organic products that are free of harmful chemicals, making it safer for the environment and the workers that make the products.
Ban products with microbeads which pollute waters and harm the food chain with toxic ingredients.
Use products that have been made by renewable energy and minimize your carbon footprint.
Put the environment first by using products that have never been tested on animals and avoid the use of harmful ingredients.
Beauty Sleep
Maybe it's about getting your beauty sleep in 2020! This is a real thing folks. Use a silk or satin pillowcase to ensure your skincare will not rub off and will continue to work with you throughout the night. Also, these will help keep extensions in place and not give you those gnarly dents in your face when you wake up! If you take any supplements, these can help you sleep and achieve cell renewal.
Easy Beauty
In 2020 you could invest in your skincare routine a bit more by trying out new procedures, products and applications to make your life easier. Try lash lifts and tints, lash extensions, or microblading. The possibilities are endless! All in the spirit of being that high maintenance but low maintenance in between appointments type of gal.
Makeup
Makeup-wise, try bold colors. Use colored mascara not only on your lashes but try it on your eyebrows! Or commit to mastering the winged liner look but with a bolder color liquid liner! Be serious about primer on your eyelids and your face. Clean those makeup brushes and don't be shy with trying setting sprays. Make peace with breakouts and by golly, wear sunscreen every day!
Whether it's skincare or makeup or mindset, we support your excitement and determination to better your beauty bottom line in 2020! May you have enlightenment and 20/20 vision with your beauty resolutions in the year ahead.

A smooth, flawless wax can leave your skin looking and feeling incredible, but proper aftercare is essential to maintain those results and keep your skin healthy. Freshly waxed skin is more sensitive and needs extra attention to avoid irritation, redness, or ingrown hairs.
